What you send us
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional company, service interests, budget range, preferred start date and message. Please only include information relevant to your project.
How we use it
We use your details to review and respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential working relationship. We do not use a project enquiry to sign you up for marketing emails.
How the form works
When you select Send enquiry, the website sends the form to our server, which uses Resend to email it to the Empyre team. Cloudflare hosts the website and the form endpoint. These providers process the information needed to operate their services. The form does not create a public profile or post your message on the website.
Storage and follow-up
Enquiries are received in our business email inbox. We keep correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting project or business records. You can contact us to ask about information we hold or request correction or deletion.
Website requests and fonts
No advertising or analytics scripts are included. Fonts are hosted with the website. Our hosting and email providers may process request and delivery information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services.
